    Archimandrite Seraphim (Pankratov) is the rector of the Elisabethan Monastery of Mercy in Zhuravnoe Village, Sumy Diocese of the UOC. He is teaching at Sumy Theological Seminary. He was the initiator and coauthor of the first open letter to the UOC about the termination of the commemoration of the Moscow Patriarch in Ukraine.
