    Zlatina Ivanova is a Byzantologist and independent researcher who obtained her doctoral degree in Byzantine history from St. Kliment Ohridsky University of Sofia (Bulgaria), specializing in "Daily Life in the Monasteries of Early Byzantium." She completed her Master's Program in Byzantine History at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Athens "Kapodistrias."

    As an active participant in the academic and educational spheres, Ivanova serves as the editor of the Internet project "Doors of Orthodoxy" and is a member of the Center for Educational Initiatives "Doors." Additionally, she is recognized for her proficiency in translation, having translated works from Greek and Russian into Bulgarian by notable authors such as Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople, Albanian Archbishop Anastasios Yannoulatos, Dimitrios Keramidas, Archbishop Amvrosios Pogodin, and Archbishop John Shakhovsky, among others.

    Furthermore, Ivanova has authored textbooks and conducted studies in the field of religious pedagogy, contributing significantly to the advancement of scholarship and educational resources in this domain.
